Sheree Cullin - Owner & Director

With a love for all things beautiful and Australian made, Sheree Cullin is the founder of “The Cullin Design”, together with a team of hard working upholsterers created an amazing custom made bedhead, ottoman & accessories range built from the frame up, here in Melbourne.

Keeping our roots firmly grounded with re-upholstery, we will always get excited to see the old transformed into the new, in this day of upcycling and waste minimisation it's even better to restore that family heirloom to its former glory! 

Sheree previously established Elite Bedheads & Reupholstery, and changed the name to create a more exclusive range and appeal to a more niche clientele. She strives to see her customers are 100% happy with their final product and makes dealing with “The Cullin Design” a joyous experience.

Jonathan Keely - Master Upholsterer 

With over 30 years experience and a passion for upholstery Jonathan received his qualifications by attending “The London College Of Furniture”. While studying he worked in upholstery in the East end of London until he was fully qualified.

After College Jonathan set up his own upholstery business then worked in various places in the UK and Europe. In 1998 Jonathan emigrated to Australia and travelled around the country for three years working in upholstery businesses in Darwin, Broome, Perth and Sydney.

In 2004 Jonathan moved to Melbourne where he now resides with his beautiful wife, continues his upholstering business and has joined the passionate team at “The Cullin Design”. With his attention to detail and upholstery second to none, Jonathan keeps the standard of the Cullin design higher than ever.

Kym Barker - Head Machinist

 The newest member of the Team, previously from the IT and Corporate Management background changed her role to be an upholstery machinist to suit her active lifestyle. She loves being part of the Team and seeing the fabrication of furniture from when it arrives as somewhat raw materials, to when it leaves the factory as a finished masterpiece!

Sarah McMillan - Personal Assistant/Operational Assistant

Sarah is a freelance stylist with a passion and an eye for all things design, running her own business, Gus & Grace. Sarah a major asset to 'The Cullin Design' as our PA and operational assistant.
